Pray that God will pour out His Spirit and send revival in our country.
Pray that many will be brought into His kingdom and that abortion and other evils will be
brought to an end. (II Chr. 7:14)
Day 8
Pray for Cindy Evans who so ably and lovingly serves Lifewatch
administratively and in countless other ways. (Col. 1:3-5)
Day 9
Pray for mothers who struggle - single moms, abused mothers and also
mothers who, because of seemingly insurmountable circumstances, are tempted by abortion.

Day 10
Pray that women tempted by abortion will be drawn to crisis pregnancy
centers and other places that can provide positive alternatives. Pray that, in His mercy,
God would steer them away from people and agencies who would counsel them to abort. (Ps.
1:1-3)
Day 11
Pray that United Methodists who are actively taking a stand for life and for
biblical orthodoxy will put on the full armor of God.. (Eph. 6:10-18)
Day 12
Pray that our United Methodist denomination, which is currently facing a
major crisis, will reclaim its Biblical, orthodox roots. (I Cor. 3:10,11)
Day 13
Pray that adoption will gain acceptance in our culture so that
birthmothers will consider it in situations where it would be best for their children.

Day 15
Pray that many UM churches will become Sheltering Churches which commit
to enabling women in crisis pregnancies carry their babies to term by helping them during
and after the pregnancy. (I John 3:17,18)

Pray for people in organizations like Planned Parenthood that promote
abortion. (Prov. 23:10,11)
Day 17
Pray that drugs such as RU-486 will no longer be available in the United States.
(Ps. 33:12-22)
Day 18
Pray for the youth of our nation who come under tremendous pressure to
be sexually active. (Rom. 12:1,2)
Day 19
Pray that those in the media industry will have their eyes opened to see
and to report the truth about abortion. (Prov. 14:25)
Day 20
Pray for the millions of women who have had abortions and who suffer all
the physical and emotional consequences. Pray that our churches will offer forgiveness and
love to them. (Psa. 34:18)
Day 21
Pray for the staff and volunteers in the more than 3,000 crisis pregnancy
centers around the country. (Matt. 25:40)
Day 22
Pray that God will raise up humble, wise, godly, pro life United
Methodists as delegates to upcoming General and Jurisdictional Conferences. (Josh.
1:9)
Day 23
Pray that God will use Lifewatch to inform and unify pro life United
Methodists for His glory. (John 17:20-23)

Pray that more pro life Christians will give their time and talents to pro
life ministries. (3 John 5)

Let us give thanks for the freedom we enjoy and for those who have given their
lives to protect it. And let us pray that this freedom will no longer be abused by
those who claim rights to do as they please, regardless of the consequences to the weakest
members of society: the unborn, the elderly and the severely handicapped. (Gal 5:13 )

Pray that the UMC will break all ties with the Religious Coalition for
Reproductive Choice. (II Cor. 6:14)

Pray for our President and Vice President. (I Tim. 2:1,2)

Pray that the Supreme Court and the Congress will seek the
Lords wisdom and submit to His authority. (Rom. 13:1)

Pray for childless couples who long to adopt a child into their family
circle. (2 Cor. 1:3-5)
Day 30
Pray for the families of pregnant teenage girls that they would lean on
the Lord for His strength and His wisdom during this stressful time. (Psa. 18:2)

Pray for perseverance and patience as we trust God for the victory in this
battle for life. (II Chronicles 20:6,15,17)
